Mk7 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms and rules for using the mk7 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing mk7, you agree to be bound by all terms listed below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any services offered by mk7, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mk7 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mk7 as the platform operator. mk7 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree to the revised terms should stop using the platform and close their accounts.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one account on the mk7 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. mk7 reserves the right to verify user identities at any time.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activities that occur within your account. Contact mk7 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Account Security & Privacy
Mk7 uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect user data. However, you are responsible for ensuring your device used to access the platform is secure and free of malware. Do not share your login information with any third party.
Users are prohibited from sharing, transferring, or selling their accounts to others. Any attempt to access another person’s account without authorization is a serious violation of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the mk7 platform, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You may not use the platform for any illegal activities, to deceive others, or infringe upon the rights of any individual or organization.
Users are prohibited from manipulating odds, engaging in money laundering through the platform, payment fraud, using bots or automated software without written permission from mk7, as well as any cheating that compromises the integrity of games or betting.
Mk7 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action including suspending or closing accounts, withholding funds related to fraudulent activities, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Users also agree not to misuse customer support, spread false information about the platform, or compromise the security or stability of mk7’s systems in any way.

- Registering multiple accounts
- Money laundering or illegal fund transfers
- Using bots or automated software without authorization
- Market manipulation or betting fraud
- Sharing or selling accounts
- Registering with false information
- Any actions that disrupt the platform or other users
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the mk7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made using valid payment methods in their own name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or eWallets are prohibited and may lead to account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.
Mk7 sets minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits which may change from time to time according to operational needs. Withdrawals will only be processed once any wagering requirements (if applicable) are fully met, and will be paid to the same payment method originally used for deposits, except in certain cases approved by management.
Mk7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for identity verification, fraud investigations, or to comply with legal requirements. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, mk7 may freeze accounts and report to relevant Malaysian financial authorities. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Mk7 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred from using the platform, service disruptions beyond our control, or betting decisions made by users. The platform is provided "as is" and mk7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mk7 platform—including logos, brand names, designs, text, software, and images—is the exclusive property of mk7 or its licensed holders. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content without express written permission from mk7.
Changes to Terms
Mk7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will be published here with a clear update date. Users are responsible for regularly checking this page. Continued use after changes are published confirms acceptance of the new terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from use of the mk7 platform.
Third-Party Links & Account Closure
The mk7 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. mk7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is at the user’s own risk.
Mk7 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if terms are violated, suspected fraudulent activities occur, or at the request of relevant authorities. Remaining funds in accounts closed due to term breaches may be forfeited at mk7’s discretion and in compliance with applicable laws. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting our customer support team.
